Our Ube and Cream Cheese Shortcake consists of ube genoise covered with fresh cream cheese cream and chantilly cream.
The ube genoise sponge has a light and moist texture. Each cake is cut into three layers, brushed with our homemade simple syrup, and filled with cream cheese chantilly cream then covered with our classic chantilly cream.
